








A lot of people suffer from weight excess and search for many ways to weight loss .
When you see that your weight increased this makes you nervous then you try to follow a diet to get to the wanted weight.
First the person is excited it results in weight loss after that he lose his excitement and his weight increased again.
This happens with a lot of people and it cause depression because the person is going in the right direction to weight loss then he stops practicing or eating right meals then his weight increased again .
Not all the foods which contain small amount of fats contain small amount of calories but there are some foods which contain huge amount of calories .
Some people try to decrease carbohydrates but this leads to weight loss for short time as the body needs carbohydrates as it give energy .
Without carbohydrates the body energy will be small and its activity will be small too .
