Soup should be a regular meal. This is due to the fact that they are filling, and are very nutritious, because of the nutrients they retain from the ingredients, especially when vegetables are used. However, options are not limited to only cabbage soup, because there are a lot of vegetable soups out there that one can try.

Don’t eat past 6. This is self-explanatory. A person doesn’t burn calories well when asleep, and in order to lose weight effectively, a person is mandated to sleep early. Eating after 6 destroys the whole concept of the crash diet, and may render it ineffective.

Drink plenty of water, and tea. Coffee can also be drank, but, since too much may cause some problems, try to drink it in moderation.

Exercise for at least 30-minute each day. This exercise doesn’t need to be intense, considering that a person who undergoes this kind of diet will be having almost no carbohydrates in their diet. A simple walk or a simple jog around the park should be enough. This is not recommended for those who go on a 500-calorie a day diet.
