  1. Neither is good. You need to eat healthy. Eat so that once the weight Is off u can continue eating right. It really doesn’t take much to cook broccoli or other veggies and a quick baked chicken breast sprinkled with litecseasoning. Eat a healthy lite breakfast every morning. Do not skip any meals. Drink lots of water. Avoid salty foods. Avoid pasta breads crackers and such. It is amazing how much weight u can lose bythose three simple things. Lean cuisine has way too much sodium. But I would pick it over slim fast. But actually I would just eat lots of fruits and veggies and the three things i mentioned above.

HI whats going on i am an male who iz looking to loss weight i jog about 5 miles an day and eat lightly i think i am eatting two many carbs so i have no clue about the real good foods i need to eat so i was wondering whats an good meal replacement like whey protein that really works when loseing weight somebody i need more protein but i dont know really what to eat and i cant reallly afford expensive foods so can somebody help me out. Is whey protein an good meal replacement for weight loss if not what other kinds are out there and if it iz how would i take it for weight loss this iz my daily day okay for breakfast around 10:30 i eat ceral and penut butter sandwich i jog for about 2.5 miles then for lunch around 3:00 i eat two pototoas with an slice of cheese on them then around 6:30 or 7 i eat an slice of wheat bread with 5 fish sticks and one potatoe witn one slice of cheese then i run about 2.5 more miles to end my day i have been doing this for about 3 and half weeks

      If you burn off more calories than you take in, you will lose weight. Look carefully at how many calories each serving contains, and avoid foods with many chemicals. You don’t have to buy only organic food, but avoid things with a lot of preservatives.
